Universal Analytics stopped processing data in July 2023 — so yes, if you're still relying on UA data, you've been flying blind. GA4 is a different data model (event-based rather than session-based) and requires a proper implementation to track the same business metrics. We handle the full GA4 migration and make sure your historical comparison data is preserved where possible.
