CRO is about improving the percentage of your existing visitors who take a desired action — purchase, sign-up, inquiry, booking. That includes landing page design and copy, checkout flow, form design, site speed, trust signals, and pricing presentation. It doesn't cover traffic acquisition (that's SEO and ads). CRO makes your current traffic work harder.
For statistically valid A/B tests, you need at least 1,000 conversions per month per variant to reach significance in a reasonable timeframe. Below that, we can still do CRO — but through qualitative methods (heatmaps, session recordings, expert review) rather than A/B testing. These deliver insights and improvements without needing high traffic volume.
Quick wins from heatmap analysis and expert UX review can be implemented and visible within 2–4 weeks. A/B tests typically run 2–6 weeks to reach statistical significance depending on your traffic volume. We prioritize quick-win changes first and run tests in parallel so you're always moving forward.
