We always start with research. The depth depends on your timeline and budget — it ranges from a two-day discovery sprint with stakeholder interviews and analytics review, to a full 4-week research phase with moderated user testing. We'll recommend the right level for your project.
A full design system includes: a Figma component library with all variants and states, design tokens (colors, spacing, typography), usage documentation, and an icon set. For smaller projects, we deliver a component kit — the core UI elements without the full governance layer.
A focused feature design (3–5 screens) is 2–3 weeks. A full product redesign covering 20+ screens is 6–10 weeks. A design system from scratch is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity. We can run design in parallel with development to reduce total project time.
