What's included

What zapier & make includes

01

Workflow Design & Mapping

We document your current manual process and design an automation that replicates it exactly — no shortcuts that create new problems.

02

Multi-App Integration

Connect any combination of tools — CRM, e-commerce, ERP, email, Slack, databases — in a single coherent workflow.

03

Conditional Logic & Error Routing

Handle edge cases, failed steps, and exceptions with built-in error routing and alerting so nothing silently breaks.

04

Monitoring & Documentation

Execution logs, error alerts, and written documentation so your team knows exactly what each automation does.

How it works

Our process

  1. 01

    Workflow Audit

Review your current manual processes and identify the highest-impact automation opportunities.

  2. 02

    Integration Mapping

Map every data source, trigger, action, and conditional step before building anything.

  3. 03

    Scenario Build & Test

Build the automation in Zapier, Make, or n8n — with test runs against real data to verify every branch.

  4. 04

    Documentation & Handoff

Written workflow documentation, access handover, and a walkthrough so your team can manage and extend the automations.

Common questions

FAQ

Zapier is the easiest to use and has the widest app library — ideal for simple, high-volume automations. Make (formerly Integromat) supports more complex scenarios with visual multi-path workflows and better error handling. n8n is open-source and self-hostable — best for teams with data privacy requirements or very high automation volume where Zapier's per-task pricing becomes expensive. We recommend the right tool based on your complexity, volume, and technical team.
Both Zapier and Make are SOC 2 Type II certified and process data in transit (they don't store your business data by default). For sensitive data, we recommend n8n self-hosted, minimizing data passed through automation payloads, and using HTTPS for all webhooks. We review data flows as part of every automation design.
When logic branches exceed what Zapier or Make can handle cleanly, we move the complex processing to a serverless function or a lightweight custom service — and use the automation platform to trigger and route, not to execute complex logic. This keeps automations maintainable and reliable at scale.
