List building requires owned channels: website pop-ups with genuine value exchange (discounts, content, early access), gated content on your blog, social media lead gen ads, and checkout opt-in for e-commerce. We help you design the list-building infrastructure and the lead magnet that makes sign-up compelling. Buying lists is not something we do or recommend.
For e-commerce, 2–4 campaigns per month plus automated flows. For B2B, 1–2 campaigns per month is typically enough — quality over frequency. The right cadence depends on your audience, content quality, and list engagement. We test frequency as part of our optimization process and adjust based on unsubscribe rate and engagement trends.
Klaviyo for e-commerce — its Shopify and WooCommerce integrations and revenue attribution are best-in-class. Mailchimp works for simpler needs with lower list volume. ActiveCampaign is strong for B2B with complex automation requirements. HubSpot makes sense if you're using it as your CRM. We work with all of them and recommend based on your stack and use case.
